FEATURES:

Two feature rich options, a Glass Back Panel (POD1G) or Laminate Back Panel (POD1L), this easy-to-clean, office phone booth (1600 / 50 / 100 / $17.59) makes for a low maintenance, statement furniture piece.  Energy consumption is kept low with an integrated Occupancy sensor, powering up the 12V DC LED Light Strip and 2 Ventilation Ceiling Fans, offering optimum light and interior air flow (rated at 55 cubic feet per minute), for the duration of your stay. Fresh air is drawn in via the ventilation grid at the bottom, positioned next to an easily removable flooring panel. A Sprinkler Punch Out located in the ceiling is at a ready when regulatory requirements calls for a localised sprinkler installation. Next to the Fixed Shelf are 2 AC outlets and 2 USB-A charging ports, for your electronic devices. Self-Assembly of this prefab office pod (260 / 55 / 100 / $3.00) takes place in under 90 minutes, with Retractable Casters making it easy to position your office privacy booth (140 / 48 / 100 / $8.01). The internal frame comprises of 14-gauge steel beams, cladded with a 3⁄4" thermally fused laminate exterior, rounded off with an extruded aluminum corner detail. The privacy booth (480 / 61 / 100 $9.95) ceiling and shelf is in Designer White Laminate, whilst the interior carpet comprises of eco-friendly nylon fiber, solution dyed with a polypropylene backing. For the exterior walls, we offer 6 laminate finishes and for the exterior frame, 4 paint colors. The office privacy booth (140 / 38 / 100 / $8.01) is warranted, to the original purchaser, to be free from defects in material and workmanship and backed by a limited lifetime warranty (normal wear and tear or misuse excluded). This commercial grade business furniture meets or exceeds all BIFMA standards for safety and durability and is manufactured in ISO 9001 and 14001 certified facilities.  For Acoustic Ratings, the Office Privacy Booth has a Noise Insulation Class (NIC) rating of 36 and Speech Transmission Index (STI) of 0.24.

This is a CUSTOM, MADE TO ORDER ITEM. Return/replacement claims are accepted only UPON DELIVERY for damages and/or defects, no other returns can be accepted.

SHIPPING:

Your Office Phone Booth will be DOCK DELIVERED (palletized and shipped via large freight truck). Dock Deliveries require either a forklift or a loading dock that can receive pallets, and available personnel to unload the items (the driver may help but is not required to do so). Dock Deliveries are not scheduled, and may arrive any time during normal business hours. If your dock is unavailable or unattended at the time of delivery, you may be subject to a re-delivery fee. A predelivery call is not guaranteed, but may be requested. PLEASE INCLUDE A VALID PHONE NUMBER WITH YOUR ORDER.

If you don’t have a loading dock or an available crew to unload, no need to fret! Just select "Inside Delivery" as your preferred delivery method at checkout and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll ship the freight to our local delivery crew who will receive and inspect your order, then call you to schedule a convenient delivery appointment during normal business hours. This service may add 2-5 business days to the delivery date.

ASSEMBLY:

Your Privacy Pod will ship with illustrated instructions, making assembly possible for skilled consumers experienced with furniture assembly. We recommend using at least 2 people, confirm you have all the parts and hardware before you begin, and do not throw away any packaging until you have completed the assembly. We suggest building on carpet or protected floors to avoid scratches. If the thought of “parts, pieces, dowels and cam locks” terrifies you, select our “Fully Assembled” option and then sit back and relax. Our qualified team will receive the shipment for you, call to schedule an appointment to deliver and assemble the items in your room of choice, and dispose of any trash/packaging. These services are available Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, are Non-Union rates, and assume ground floor or elevator access.
