These office waiting chairs are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 10 years. Pneumatic lifts, tilting mechanisms and casters are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 4 years. Fabrics and electrical units are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year or the extent the manufacturer will warrant further, whichever is greater.

Your Office Waiting Room Chairs will arrive via delivery truck with a lift gate, for CURBSIDE DELIVERY. You're responsible for making sure a box truck can access your location, and for moving the product inside. Predelivery calls are common but not guaranteed. PLEASE INCLUDE A VALID PHONE NUMBER WITH YOUR ORDER. If you prefer a prescheduled appointment and/or your items brought inside to your room of choice, just select "Inside Delivery" at checkout and we'll handle the rest.

ASSEMBLY:

Your Office Lounge Chairs will require minor assembly, and will come with illustrated instructions in the package. Confirm you have all the parts and hardware before you begin, and do not throw away any packaging until you have completed assembly. We suggest assembling on carpet or protected surfaces to avoid scratches.
